Wolfsburg, 05 June 2024: Cofinity-X, operating company and central joint venture in the automotive industry, and Volkswagen Group Info Services AG (VW GIS AG), central contact and contractual partner for cross-brand data products from the Volkswagen Group, are pleased to announce the successful implementation of the Business Partner Data Management (BPDM) use case within the Catena-X network together with Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche. Catena-X is a network developed for the automotive industry that establishes a standardised, secure and sustainable data ecosystem. It enables the comprehensive exchange of data along the entire value chain, increases transparency and optimises processes in the automotive industry.
